Heart/Anahata Chakra Mandala
The Heart Chakra is located at the center of the chest and it's colour is green. It is associated with love, compassion and beauty. It is also where our empathy, forgiveness and acceptance come from. It is said to bridge earthly and spiritual aspirations.
As I created this mandala each stroke of the pen I repeated the mantra, "Love and compassion, for self, for all"....over and over and over again until it was completed. A dot, a line, a spiral..."Love and compassion, for self, for all"
You could use this as a visual for an open eye meditation focusing on your Heart Chakra or use it as a base plate for your alter with candle at the center, or just hang on a wall for viewing pleasure.
